Guest Posted October 16, 2010 Share Posted October 16, 2010 Rangers are equal on points at the top of the SPL with Celtic. Both teams have a maximum of 21 points from 7 games. Celtic however have a better goal difference of +13 versus Rangers' +12.Motherwell, our opponents on Saturday, are third in the SPL and have a goal difference of +5. Celtic's opponents on Sunday are Dundee United (at Tannadice) and they lie fourth in the SPL with a goal difference of -4. This should be a very interesting weekend and even more so as the first Old Firm clash of the season takes place at Celtic Park the following week with a critical CL game against Valencia squeezed in between.
