They were taken by surprise at how many actually came up to Glasgow.

And yes they broke ranks in PRW as i saw it happen.

i was talking to some of their lads in the red lion. they thought i was part of the mob with rangers (clothes etc). In the lion i said wtf are you doing here when the rangers mob are in town??? they looked at me as if i was an alien. The took the whole prw that night. let no one doubt it. it should never happen again

The only time I have seen in the past decade or so a mob waltz down PRW, I agree with Adoniram with regards to the amount of them though as there were literally hundreds deep 20 wide !

Its a sad day though when Rangers rely on the Polis keeping a mob in order to save our own fans. I was 15/16 at the time and taken aback by what was going on around me if i'm honest.

People say the Polis were taken by surprise last time? Hardly !

They were on top of the majority from the moment they arrived in Glasgow City Centre. They even escorted them down the PRW !

They broke free of the escort and to be honest, I can't see any other option for them unless they march them down Govan Road and into the Broomie over the Bells Bridge.

I doubt very much they'll be bussed in and out, hope they get an absolute tanking on and off the pitch.

To an extent mate. But they lost control and because of the number Man U had it was hard to contain them for about 20 mins.

TBH it was not that bad, it could have been a lot worse

I sincerely hope that should Manchester United decide to kick-off on PRW or anywhere else for that matter, that Rangers fans look after their own.

I'm no 'hardman' but should give me a clump then they'll get one back and I'd step in to help any fellow Bear in need.....

.....after all, I'd expect the same from them.
