Just means taking an extra five minutes to take cash out of a machine, I know it's inconvenient though when everyone is used to just using their card but hardly embarrasing! My tickets already paid for through my ST but I'd Agree that it's hardly embarrassing for this to happen and only a slight inconvenience tbf.
