Goianegra 4,600
He had not a bad game. Loovens, Samaras and Hooper had abut 12 red cards between them though.
Jimfanciesthedude 24,058
thought samaras and stokes should have been offbut you can see why stokes didnt get one as it was the first minute
simon 1,717
I don't think we will hear the end of this one, I think it was a penalty, maybe a little soft. Put it this way I would have been pissed off if it was the other way around but at the same time there was contact and it was a foul.
Jamie1807 146
It was soft, but I've seen them givenEspecially considering Collum's position, he's turned just as Broadfoot goes down

lgr1991 303
Soft penalty, but they were diving all amtch and had many a penalty giving for diving in the past, karma is a bitch.BTW, i will be fucking raging if nothing happens to Samaras for his knee on shagger and his tackle at the end of the game, both worthy of a red card, if shagger gets banned two weeks later for khs kick and nothing happens to Samaras......well im not a tim so i wouldnt be shouting conspiracy but it would be a fucking shocker. Anyway, fantastic result, got a feeling this is the begining of the end for Lennon.

mark_ni 12
naismith was kicked all round the pitch today, that tackle from samaras was absolutely shocking. Unfortunatly i believe as he has been booked theres nothing more can be done, same for stokes. About time they changed that silly rule.
blueben_d 40
If messi did what broadfoot did it's called clever play to earn a penalty. It was a penalty, but broadfoot did buy it.Stokes was a shocker and should have been red 1st minute or not. Mcculloch should have had another yellow, but the first one wasn't - even Charlie Nicholas said so.Samaras should have got a yellow for his tackle shortly after mccullochs yellow, and another for his attempt to wind up mcgregor, oh and a straight red for the shocker he actually did get booked for.Loovens should have been booked for his push on Naismith under the refs nose and ki was lucky not to see red for his hack at Naismith, and both of them could have been booked for their pushing match - which also would have been a 2nd yellow for ki.Hooper was lucky to get away with a few fouls and at least one blatant dive. It's safe to say that the tims had the benefit of most decisions, they will howl about the penalty but it was a pen and besides it did not affect the outcome they had nothing to offer in the 2nd half, and most of the 1st for that matter. Chuck_Fickens 425
Only saw the 'incident' once, but if it wasn't a penalty, serves the cunts right for trying to put pressure on the referee in the lead up to the game. Their underhand tactics don't work anymore.
FatPirateHooker 141
"No chance we will win this league without addressing the basic refereeing situation. There's not a big enough gap between the teams to overcome it.I used to say I just wanted unbiased refereeing, now I'd take every dirty underhand trick to put pressure on the bassas. Make them stop and think twice before they give anything against us and make them think twice before waving anything away. This is exactly what the h*** have, they get the decision until there is overwhelming pressure / reason not to. Forget all the Catholic / Protestant things, that's a red herring. This is clearly an institutional bias.To be honest, I think the key is the media. Any newspaper that doesn't highlight the things we want should be excluded from Celtic Park. If STV or BBC don't do what we want, we stop allowing them access. Anyone who takes up the right agenda gets priviliged access, insider stories, etc. We basically need to change the perception that it's better to give the decision against Celtic and for Rangers if you are not sure. We do this by changing how they are reported. Until we do that, we're always going to have to be 20% better than them to get a draw."From KDR

mark_ni 12
after all the stonewallers we have had turned down over the years ( caldwells handballs, o dea handball, tackle on edu last year etc) i find it highly amusing that the one we get is about as soft as you can get serves them right after the way hooper went down trying to win a penalty.
