G.E.C. 17,924
Feared the worse for him after that "tackle" from that animal Stokes. Hopefully it's not the same as Jelavic got.Speaking of Jelavic it is fucking disgraceful that thugs like Ian Black and Stokes get away with murder week in week out. Thommo 708
Doesn't appear to be any news as of yet, should know more tomorrow. Bemused how Stokes got away with that, Sasa was lucky his ankle wasn't broken.

bearsinbath 95
What about Samaras, how did he stay on? Firstly the knee to Greegs head, seen clearly on TV, got to be the same punishment as Greegs, not a word said about it after the game. Then the "tackle" on Naismith, unbelievable! Adoniram 1,919
The tackle on Papac was not a tackle it was an assault. He had no intention of palying the ball and leapt in with studs showing and went right in to Papac's ankle. He was lucky not to get a broken leg as a result. And irrespective of it being the 1st minute or the 90th minute he should have been shown a straight red card for that assault.Tell me what was different from Stokes tackle to the one Lafferty made on Hinkel? And while we are going on about the ref...Smarmyarse tackle on Bougherra not long after McCulloch got booked from something identical. No booking to Smarmyarse. Then when he deliberately hacked down Naismith from behind...only a yellow and not worthy of a red.And finally his petulant knee in to the back of McGregor's head...will the SFA take 11 days to haul him up on a charge or will this conveniently not get reported? ChrissyBoyyy 18
cant believe stokes only got a yellow for that, but mcculloch gets a yellow for his tackle?
blueben_d 40
Heard papac is out for midweek, but nothing on whether it's longer term or not. It's time the beaks stopped protecting referee mistakes and retrospectively punish thuggish tackles like stokes, black and samaras. mmrfc1873 48
Wonder if the tims will put Stoke's only getting a yellow down to an honest mistake . :chopometer: :chopometer: :chopometer: :chopometer:
Gid 46
That scumbag Lennon has some cheek on him complaining about McCulloch not getting sent off. Funnily enough he never mentioned the shocking challenges by Stokes, Samaras or Ki. How odd.
DarcheVinny 1,003
trannys tackle on boughy was worse than what big jig got booked for, as lee took the ball and tranny never. so many foul challenges from them, i think our boys were pretty clean but im yet to re watch the game. all these fouls clearly show they were all told to go out and injure someone, our squad isnt the biggest and maybe that was their ploy, to damage our 1st XI, not just for gain in that 90 minutes but for the season. next time we play, they will be as rough, its all the chance they have as they cant beat us XI v XI.i like a meaty challenge as much as the next guy but far too many instances yesterday. but thats what happens when a thug is in charge.Scum.
