delamonty 992
Ah well. That keeps him in their team. That's actually a better result! But the double standards here are shocking. If retrospective punishment is to be the norm, then it has to include 'tackles' like Black, Stokes et al. The ban on Allan was simply put, ridiculous. StublueKPL 524
TBH i wouldnt want action against him if things were even. its a mans game FFS. The problem we have is that our guys take "the derry" for shit so why shouldnt they

1st_Jan_1994 4,868
In an ideal world, we shouldn't need to call for him to be punished, but we want parity and for things to be fair. That's why we need to demand action, even if it makes us sound mopey.
DarcheVinny 1,003
How on earth can they not take action after banning mcgregor. Mcgregor did not land his intended kick and got banned. The tranny went out of his way to make contact with mcgregors head, using his knee. How does that make any sense? Surely Bain and Walter will be asking why there will be no action?I have been trying to not let myself get sucked in to the double standards stuff but this is too far. We aren't being paranoid by saying the SFA prefer evil to ourselves.
ChrisVanDarche 23
The leniency of the SFA towards Celtic is nothing short of disgraceful - the integrity of the league we play in is non-existent. They pander to keep the tims happy. Supposedly Broadfoot will face action for his "dive", and yet Loovens assaults 2 players right infront of the ref and will get away with it, Stokes makes a potentially career threatening tackle on Papac and gets away with it, and Samaras intentionally knees McGregor in the head and gets away with it?This is the time for Bain and co to come out and defend the club, and expose the SFA for what they are - a sham. Clemdog 39,388
Another case of pish refereeing by Collum ! Firstly was his tackle on Bougherra were he took nothing but the man. Then he just went and fucking kicked Naismith. Then this, his knee to McGregor. What warrants a sending off in a game now? Collum was such a shitebag yesterday, he just decided to ignore clear bookings and red cards because he didn't want a backlash from the Celtic fans. Then after the game all the pundits said he had a good game, he was horribly inconsistent. Utter Bottle merchant, something you can't be when your refereeing big games. simon 1,717
So if you make contact with someone you won't face action? So McGregor should have kicked that Aberdeen player and he would have been OK.
1st_Jan_1994 4,868
I don't blame the refs or linesmen for missing the Samaras knee, but again, that's why we have this retrospective punishment in place for instances such as this. Or was it only set up to punish one team?
