Muff 245
As a result of horrific challenges. How Richie Foran stayed on the park after that assault on Maurice Edu, I will never know!?In recent weeks we have seen Jelavic, Papac, Naismith, Lafferty, Edu and Weiss taken out the game - every one of those challenges made to hurt our players, not one of them were looking for the ball. It's about time someone made something of this. Don't want us to go down the route of moaning and complaining like the bheggars, but some of these challenges are getting ridiculous.I just hope Edu and Weiss are not out for too long. Papa Sasac 164
Someone just said Edu is struggling for Valencia? It's happening far too often though, and nothing is being done about it.
We Are The People 62
I must have been getting a hotdog when Weiss got injured Was it a bad tackle on Weiss?
Papa Sasac 164
If it's the one I'm thinking, although my stream was awful, the one on the edge of the box? He was just swiped down after he went on a decent run.
Muff 245
Someone just said Edu is struggling for Valencia? It's happening far too often though, and nothing is being done about it.The loss of Mo Edu and Vladimir Weiss to injury at half time will be a concern for Smith ahead of the trip to Spain.Mo Edu took a kick on the calf and Vladimir Weiss has had a problem with his heel and both will be doubts for the Champions League game on Tuesday.http://www.rangers.co.uk/articles/20101030/no-complaints_2254024_2202030A kick to the calf - it was worse than that FFS. papaguy51 912
It's about time we ended this dignified silence thing.Someone has to question why you're allowed to kick Rangers players with intent to injure.
SirWalterSmithLegend 206
Was talking to my son at the time and we all missed it, was it that bad? Foran is one who would have been advised by friends, family and possibly fellow Rangers hating pros, before hand to try his hardest to injure our players, hes one of them. Its happening every week, and no one has been sent off yet. Shameful.
TexasGers 96
It's been a problem the last few seasons, and this is not the first time the victim has been Edu either

Jimfanciesthedude 24,058
we shouldnt be complaining, we should be fucking doing it right back to everyone that trys it against usquite possibly the biggest loss linked with kevin thomsonyes we are struggling in terms of big squads, so injuries and suspensions arent welcomebut i'd rather a few players took a booking but also let the rest of the SPL know that we wont be kicked off the parka player banned for a game or 2 is a lot better than a 3 month injury lay off for another player
Muff 245
Kevin Thomson would be absolutely no use, he's injured.
Papa Sasac 164
That's what I liked about Thomson (kinda). The Cup Final against St Mirren was a good example. Although it was stupid, and put us under pressure, he absolutely hammered their guy. And with Ian Black at Hearts.
Jimfanciesthedude 24,058
Kevin Thomson would be absolutely no use, he's injured.ffs you know what i mean anyone then to "put the boot in" when others try it against usian black should have been snapped in two after his tackle on jelavic, instead we let it be and complain in the media, meanwhile other supposed "hardmen" all take turns in injuring our players
Muff 245
Lee McCulloch put's the boot in, everytime he does, he get's booked, and is absolutely no use as he's walking a tightrope. We don't get away with the challenges other sides make. Teams cannot beat us, so they have to kick us off the park.
Ozblue 4,331
I have looked at that Foran tackle over and over on the slow motion replay and it looks as if Foran's right foot got the ball before going through onto Edu's leg, with it being the trailing leg that did the damage. No matter what way you look at it, it was a dangerous tackle and Foran was extremely lucky not to have been red carded.FIFA brought in the rule to stop this kind of tackle because it's those ones from behind that cause the most damage. It was not as malicious and dirty as the ones we saw at the piggery last week from Stokes, Samaras etc! but it was just as dangerous and I think it's about time Martin Bain had a wee word with Mr Dallas about what actually constitues a red card...Let's get this sorted out now before a player (from any club) is out for a lengthy period of time with a career threatening injury from these tackles from behind. Muff 245
Our players would skin an Inverness player and they would just chop them down, knowing fine well that they were never going to get the ball. Unfortunatley that is the way it is in this shite league. Anyone with quality will just get taken out, and half the time, they don't get punished. dmac456 0
terry hurlock no nonsense , ball , man , everthin that is the only thing we are lackin . Teams r tryin to intimidate us . Get fuckin stuck in watp

Muff 245
Stokes, Tokley and Black will get hit hard eventually.Add Ki and Foran to that aswell, and I bloody hope so. Ozblue 4,331
Stokes, Tokley and Black will get hit hard eventually.Maybe they will, but that's no compensation for us when we have our best players out with long term injuries due to these hatchet men. Referee's have to enforce the rules properly and stop giving them yellow cards when they clearly deserve to be suspended for these assaults.
G.E.C. 17,924
Alot of St Mirren fans I know still go on about him ending one of their players career. He even had a testimonial IIRC!
