bombaybadboy08 15,660
]RANGERS Football Club's main sponsor, Tennent's Lager, have handed over the shirt sponsorship rights for tomorrow's Champions League tie with Valencia to UEFA's RESPECT campaign. Regulations are in place in Spain which does not allow alcohol shirt sponsorship at any football match so the decision was taken to pass over the shirt space to RESPECT - a campaign that underlines respect for the game, opponents, fans, referees and rules and ensures integrity and diversity exists at football's highest echelons. Walter Smith's side will display UEFA's RESPECT logo on their shirts at the Mestalla Stadium tomorrow evening in a move that further enhances Tennent's Lager's Corporate Social Responsibility campaign, which recently saw the donation of the Women's and Youth kits to the Club's Charity Foundation. Mike Lees, Managing Director of Tennent's, commented: "We were delighted to work with the Club to ensure UEFA's campaign received this opportunity to increase awareness. "The RESPECT initiative should be given all the support it can get." Rangers Chief Executive Martin Bain added: "Rangers Football Club is flying the flag for Scottish football in UEFA's premier club competition once again this season and we are happy to work with our main sponsors, Tennent's, to promote the RESPECT campaign in this way."http://www.rangers.c...2254024_2204221
