Guest
It was a quick dash from New St.Mirren Park to see the Rangers youngsters coast into the next round of the SFA Youth Cup. The final score could have been more but for some last-ditch defending and some great saves from Devronvale keeper Blair Tait. The game kick-off ten minutes late so it meant I didn’t miss quite as much as expected and just arrived as Rangers took the lead on nine minutes. Kal Naismith sent Max Wight clear and he ran on to shoot past keeper Tait.Five minutes later it was 2-0, good play on the left by Wright saw his pass inside flicked on by Naismith and Rhys McCabe shot home from around the penalty spot. The third goal came less than five minutes later, the ball broke to Wright at the edge of the box and his neat back-heel left Kal Naismith in the clear to shoot past the keeper.View the full article
Poetry_In_Blue 1,043
Excellent article, maybe this should be e-mailed to the official site seeing that they still haven't produced a report for this match!
cornelius11 74
Great display from the young bears. Naismith looks like he could live up to his namesake in the future.
