sneddon 6
source?Celtic moved season ticket holders at the start of the season to accommodate ǝpɐbıɹq uǝǝɹb ǝɥʇ, so banning them would be a hell of a backtrack for themthe only solution, but a hell of a backtrack
Madina 3,400
No chance of this happening. They are only saying that to look good in the media, privately they probably agree with the banner

They could ban them within the next hour if they really were going to, but they won't. Everybody knows they won't.
simon 1,717
If they go through with it then well done Celtic. It is about time they dealt with those scumbags. They deserve credit for taking action like that, if they go through with it of course.

How the stewards let those banners in is completely beyond me. Surely the club would enforce more stewards to the area of the ground that Celtic gave the goon brigade. They knew fine well they would be doing displays etc. Will they fuck ban them !
laudrupforever 17
This is a big 'if'. A massive 'if'. In fact, if you got a moment, it's a twelve-story 'if' with a magnificent entrance hall, carpeting throughout, 24-hour portage, and an enormous sign on the roof, saying 'This Is a Massive If'. Clemdog 39,388
'If' they did ban them, the repercussions from Celt*c's fans would be huge. Their board is too scared of the backlash from all the wee Declans and Bernadettes.
laudrupforever 17
It'll be interesting to see how many empty seats there in that part of the ground at the next game at Parkhead. I don't think you'll see anywhere as many people banned as were involved. That's where they've been snidey though, the mhanks only say they'll ban those responsible, not those involved. Biiiiig difference.Chances are, juan guay might get banned and that'll be held as proof that the 'responsible' person for the banner has been dealt with. sneddon 6
seen the news, "ban those involved"the entire green brigade?those who created the banner?those who brought it to the stadium?those who held the banner aloft?time will tell...we are still waiting on celtic banning "those involved" who threw the lighter at Fernando Ricksen
mark_ni 12
they cant afford to ban them, even if they tried to ban a couple the repercussion would be huge with attendances falling even more. Its just words to appease the media.
