Will they ever be repaired? I didn't really pay too much attention to them when they were working but it looks stupid seeing them off for the past 7-8 months or so. Were they not saying it could cost £1 million at the AGM?

I'd like to see them replaced with bigger, bright screens....ones you can actually see.

I thought the repairs would pay for themselves if we managed to get folk to advertise on them every second week.

Not sure what the rules are regarding beambacks now or that would have been another income stream.

I come to Glasgow once a year, and get to at least a game or two...but the screens were always really blurry, and not very good at all. I'm all for screens, so long as they work well, and you get something from them. If not, why not fill the areas with more seats!

I fucking LOVE the idea of putting banners up there. Think it would look fantastic. Give the place a nice European feel to it as well.

it's costing 16k just to take the screens away. How much do you think it will be to fill it with seats.?

That would be a good idea also....and probably wouldn't cost too much.

I think I read somewhere where Martin Bain said it would cost too much to get them fixed and it would be too costly to remove them, so they would be staying there.

I just wish they would do something with them because they look fucking stupid and annoying.

Covering them with appropriate banners would be a good solution but I bet that might not be what our owner would think a good thing....He might want some nice chintz curtains or some fucking thing instead.
