Not sure whos actually fit for them, but I wouldnt say the squad was very poor, certainly better than a fair few of the clubs down the bottom

he was one kick away from winning the champs league for chelsea and was unlucky not to win the league that year but got the boot and now this! he is a pretty unlucky man with a very odd face

Avram Grant has a good cup record.. Chelsea CL final & FA Cup final, Portsmouth FA Cup final and West Ham in the QF of the league cup but his league form with Portsmouth and now West Ham is abysmal.. plus he keeps picking Carlton Cole who is absolute pish!!

I like him, although don't particularly rate him as a manager. Odd, West Ham have a selection of very talented players as well: Ilunga, Behrami, Noble, Parker, Obinna.. just not happening.
