NorthernLights 2,526
Ness has probably been our best player in the last month. He scored in our last game ffs.
Lee_RFC 6
Ness will be probally getting a well deserved rest and Edu form hasnt been the best lately so hopefully the boy Bartley plays well in midfield

Cumbria_blue 51
Smith often does that though. Give youngsters a run in the side and then drop them, all part of their development or something like that. Not got a problem with it, but the fact that he's being replaced by a lad who normally plays centre half, while we persist with Weir/Bougherra who both need dropped/rested is pissing me off. the goal machine 7,801
Could be Bartley at Right Back with Whittaker in front of him, with Davis and Naismith in the centre?
GaryMc 2,394
I hope it is the case of Ness getting a rest and Edu getting dropped for being pish.If not this season and farcical management can't end early enough for me.
skinnymate1690 624
hopefully naismith and edu dropped , however it may be ness , he might need a rest
JM1872 3,708
Ness may be dropped for the chance at a rest and a less intense game on Sunday in the youth cup v Ayr u19's. Just a thought but who knows.Ness will be needing a rest as he was basically thrown in to the team straight from injury, he will be back shortly I would imagine.Davis and Bartley in the middle it would seem, at this time. weeblu 0
Ness needs a rest the same as Hutton needed, but what has happened to Hutton since,is he injured? He never really put a foot wrong in the games he played.
supermac 115
Would be right Ness scores and plays well so gets axed cause he's a youth...

KBOO72 4,372
More unbelievable decisions from a management team who seem to be losing their marbles .Looks like another horrendously negative 1 nil win if were lucky !Oh yay , I just can't wait . MayboleLoyal_atb 3,688
More unbelievable decisions from a management team who seem to be losing their marbles .Looks like another horrendously negative 1 nil win if were lucky !Oh yay , I just can't wait .Although a dont think Ness should be dropped, a don't see where dropping two more defensive minded midfeilders. And adding in 1 attacking winger, am no sure what Bartley is like as a midfeilder so wont comment, is going to make it more negative.
BILLYBOY50 1,638
ffs lets just wait and see what the team is tmrw ? people being pessimistic already doesnt help. cant see what all the panic is rangers will have a comfortable win tmrw then we can get ready to batter the scum. w.a.t.p
maxwellrfc 6
Obviously Walter feels that Bartley will be able to play the defensive midfield role better than anyone else with McCulloch out. Ness will get a well deserved rest but hopefully he'll come back in for the celtc game.
