The man was just incredible. Probably my favourite all time Ranger, who I was more than fortunate enough to have seen many times.Who was the bheast that got sent off when Coops was playing for Motherwell? He was bent double pissing himself at it? Rogan? That was a quality moment

savenosouls 97
I'm of a vintage that I got to see him play - genius is an overused word - but not in his case - just ask Rud Gullit. He could be right moody sod.Used to see him regularly in his favourite restaurant in Hamilton on a Saturday night! Oh - and his dog was called Blue - what more can you say!!! MosesMcNeil 1,664
I've seen Davie Cooper on hundreds of occasions - he's quite simply one of the best players I've ever had the pleasure of watching. I still mind the night I first saw him playing for Clydebank against The Rangers at Kilbowie. He was absolutely immense and was all the talk as we left the ground and on the way home. Everyone sharing the same opinion - get him signed!I loved the guy then and still do. God bless you, Davie and thanks!
