As is Weiss, same as Diouf however. We had a free kick today, just outside the box, and had Davis and Bougherra standing over it...Whittaker and Lafferty have taken over from the Boyd Blast into the wall, while Davis just hits it over every time. I was ignored.Its quite simply embarrassing, League 1 and 2 clubs, smaller clubs than us all have dead ball specialists, clubs in the SPL have them too, yet we for years now have not had any, Adam apart, but despite having a magical left peg, he was hounded out. Its criminal that we have neglected such an important part of the game. 1 swing of a boot can win matches, score goals and make millions. Its criminal mate. TheBoyDave 123 Posted March 13, 2011 Share Posted March 13, 2011 Its not just the freekicks but the throw ins also are quite poor.Now I know throw ins are not a huge part of the game(unless you are stoke and Rory Delap)but i feel we loss the ball cheaply from these way too often.
