All three penalties were stonewallers.. well except the second was outside the area and the red cards, by the letter of the law, were justified. You could Collum shrug at the 3rd red as if to say I know its harsh but thats the rule. People are too quick to criticize refs when they dont apply the rules and then when they do, they also get flak. Hardly the refs fault.

I ain't criticising anyone. I just didn't think it was a pen.

Don't get me wrong though I'd take one of them every match

Challenge leading to 2nd penalty was outside the box(red card was correct).3rd was very questionable(never a red).Laffertys,in the first half WAS a penalty.Huttons yellow was bollocks.Dillon should have been yellow carded at least 3 times(thats a sending off,Gollum).Tell the Bheggars, there is no conspiracy-just god-awful refereeing. Not seen a replay, and it was up the other end from where I was sitting.

Naismith should have had a penalty, instead he got booked.

Definate penalty and a red card.

Dundee United can have no complaints about the 3 reds tonight. All clear goalscoring oppertunities.

Thought the 2nd penalty was just outside the box though after watching replays. Thought it was inside at the time.

Lafferty was also barged inside the box in the first half and could easily have had a penalty for it.

Penalty and red card for me. Diouf was one on one with the keeper, all be it the ball was in the air, Gomis was denying a goal scoring opportunity. It was soft, but by the letter of the law he had to go.

Personally the only reason there should be a red is if it's a deliberate foul to stop a goal..If it's mistimed,or accidental or a collision it should just be a pen.

All these red cards are spoiling the game..we deserved 3 pens but they were never 3 red cards.

Stonewall penalty, when even the Dundee utd manager admits it then I don't see how anyone can argue other than a few rabid tims.

Red card was harsh as diouf was not in control of the ball at the time so for me not necessarily a clear goal scoring opportunity.

The other two definate reds, 2nd a fraction outside the box but can understand why the ref gave it as at full speed looked well inside

Definitely a penalty in ALL three cases. If you look closely at the second award then sure the tackle started just outside the box but Jelavic was definitely a yard inside the box before he was eventually brought down.In the case of the first 2 pens then the Player had to go because of the almost assault from behind on our Players. In the 3rd case I suppose the letter of the law says he has to go but I felt it was a bit harsh and a yellow would have done.
