thebooler
With all this hooha going on about what songs we should and shouldn't be singing, is it any wonder that the most enjoyable games nowadays are the Aways rather than the funeral parlour that Ibrox has become? For me, the most important thing about this is, the team performances are generally better at Away games than at Home games now. What does this tell us?Do the team rise to the occasion just like the fans on Away Days?Do the players get a kick out of hearing the Rangers fans in full voice, and our repertoirre of songs that some would have us banned from singing?Last night was the perfect example of how the fans play a huge part in the teams successes. A 3-2 defeat at home 2 weeks ago, to the same team as we trounced last night?Don't get me wrong, there's no greater feeling than when you walk towards our magnificent stadium, and the buzz we get from attending there on a match day. I just feel I'm starting to enjoy the Away Days far more now since all this shite about what songs we sing came to the fore.PS Anybody else notice Edu still managed tae pass the baw tae a Dundee Utd player on 2 occasions last night when they had only 7 outfield players on the fuckin park?!?!?!?!?! MisterC
Away games are far better too many spineless surrender monkeys at home games who give up and go home when things arent going so well, not to mention that saving 2 minutes travel time is more important than showing aappreciation to the team for them. caseyjones
Definitely the aways. I still get goosebumps when I see Ibrox, but attending games there is not an enjoyable experience anymore, Celtic games apart.

bluepeter
I definitely prefer away games, although I do still get a buzz from being at Ibrox. Comes of not getting to as many games as I'd like, I suppose. The atmosphere at away games is superb, I've only been to one game at Parkhead and that was brilliant! Escobar
Away days are fantastic, miles better than playing at Ibrox (apart from vs Scum or Champions League)
JimmyCR1
The past 2 away games at pittodrie an tannadice have been fantastic, our away support really is outstanding. But the home game against st mitten squeezed in between was terrible. I'm the same, love heading to ibrox on matchdays but when the match starts nowadays it's like being in a library and sadly I can't see this changing anytime soon. simplythebest
A lot of creaming over away games on here.I do enjoy them when I go but Ibrox is till our home ground, and the atmosphere isn't as bad as it's made out.

Most away supporters in every game are louder than they are at home.
