1st_Jan_1994
Sure there was a wee nutter a couple of years ago. He wasn't a Rangers fan. He was some sort of Goth freak that hated Catholics and send fake bombs to a school in Lanarkshire, Tesco and Artur Boruc - it could be someone like that again. tommy2212
Same with Mccoist speaking about it on national radio, its got fcuk all to do with us. IRA sellick have made enemies outwith football. Rangers is a football club we should only comment on football matters or matters relating to ourselves.
Johnny Dangerously
Will STV be asking all clubs their opinion ?
gordo7
I hate how "oh, there's been a bomb, must be those horrid Rangers supporters." Don't even get involved, what's it to do with us?Mate, Rangers have to get involved, we really don't have a choice. We have to distance ourselves from whatever nugget is sending these packages(whether it's about football or not). I don't think it's right that the media mention us when talking about this, but that's what we're up against. IMO, we had to make a statement

WeeBlue
Condemning something doesn't mean you're involved in it... It means you don't approve. No doubt the daft fucker who sent them will think he's the dogs bollocks though..
Turnberry18
I am fast becoming sick of the way our Club is getting involved in this. As far as I am concerned this has nothing to do with football, nothing to do with Rangers; and for STV to be reporting outside Ibrox is disgraceful
Bothwellbear
He made a statement to show that Rangers abhore what has happened. It would have been a disgrace if he did not come out and condemn it. It is headline news all over the UK and is giving us extremely bad press. He needs to show the world that Rangers fans are not that fucked up that we would send bombs. radlord
No-one is suggesting it has anything to do with the club of course, but three high profile celtic employees/fans/shit-stirrers have had fucking bombs sent to them, it's kind of our prerogative to issue a statement trying to calm thing a wee bit. Surely the likelihood is that it's someone who ast the very least assosiates in 'loyalist' or Rangers circles, otherwise why those three? Yes it MIGHT be some Arbroath fan, or someone that hasn't even heard of Rangers but to deny the possibility it could have been a rangers fan, in the current climate and with the history of the old firm rivalry and all it entails would be stupidity. krissg910
i stay 5 mins from the sorting office where it was found and everyone knew about it round this way. the were not supposed to release anything about it due to pleas from the police in order to help catch who done it. and that fucking plank gobblegiver goes and does it. its obvious hes done this to protect his fenian friends who are trying to blacken rangers and there fans support once more.as for bain everytime the cunt opens his mouth i hate him even more...
