Going back to Alastair Johnstons statement at the start of April about the gorilla in the room and we dont know what its appetites like, and with the alledged nod of the head when asked the question if we could go bust.

Was that quote to encourage his own men to move in? scare the

feckin life out the fans? spook Whyte? Get Murray to reduce price/hurry up?

It seemed a strange quote at the time and even stranger now, i dont have a clue which way this will top out but Whyte not chucking his toys out the pram and stomping off after continual rebuffs shows that he is made of pretty stern stuff.

Three weeks down the line and the gorilla does not seem as scary as it was before.

The thing that really stumps me is the directors, seemingly toothless sit on their hands directors, who for the last three years when the bank have been squeezing the life out of have done nothing, they seem to have found a magic wand under the seats in the directors box and magically produced a wad of dough, this is a saga of epic proportions, the Coronation Street, Eastenders fans are now tuning into our soap opera, hurry up ffs.
