Dignified Silence

Look what the dignified silence has led to, we are now under attack from everyone who now see us as a easy target. Our club are to blame as they have sat back and done nothing while allowing the darkside to wage a propaganda war to gain the sympathy vote which is now working.

We have had objects thrown and hitting our players, and we are still waiting for the culprits to be caught, we have allowed Lennon to spit on a scarf and call our bench dirty Orange B------S. We have allowed him to run around Ibrox as if he owns the place.

He also shouts abuse at our players from the touchline, then in the tunnel our players get abuse. That was the chance to nail him, but no just turn the other cheek as it is not the Rangers way. We have also allowed them to run Scottish football campaign with the referee campaign which has worked.

We now have everyone complaining to UEFA about any song which upsets them aide by some of the press who are still made welcome at the club. We also have people at the club who have attacked their own fans while praising the darkside fans for their behaviour.

We have had people at our club giving Lennon a cuddle and in the press praising Peter Grant. Now how often do you see them praise our club. And to be honest the people running our club only care about themselves and looking after their jobs and do not give our fans a second thought.

It is now time for people at our club to start a fight back and stop being apologists and cowards and remember that the club was built for the fans and belongs to them.

Another great post minstral.

We have become the target. But do you not think our fight back will result in more trouble?

We are in the back pocket these days...

You could be right mate, but we have to fight back as i have never seen a season like it with attacks from everywhere. Every week we have a negative story about our club.

this season has seen the most evil campaigns against us that i can remember, but i am only 20 years old. ironic that it is the season that lennon takes charge of celtic.

we have taken the image of that little kid in school who gets bullied and blamed for everything.

Is this because we are looking to be bought over, and the attacks from celtic-minded persons may be used as a way of delaying this?

They know if they do not get champions league football they are up shit creep without a paddle. It has been shown that they will go to great lengths to tarnish the name of our club.

It is such a mick thing to do. Snakey rat bastards.

I think all that shite will be over before the beginning of next season. If the takeover happens, our club will be stronger and won't be an easy target anymore. I also do hope the sick bastard lennon leaves celic. The 'sectarian' situation has kept getting worse since his arrival. Yet his possible departure may make him a kind of 'martyr' in the eyes of numerous tims. Pardon my English btw, I don't think my grammar is being correct in this post :D

The hidden downside of unchallenged attacks is the affect it could have on inward investors to the club.

If we are demonised on the front pages day in day out it doesn't look good for people who want to attach their 'brand' to us.

We need to deal with it now before it gets any worse.

FFS - David Cameron has just been on the radio calling the 'alleged' parcel bombs sectarian

Since when were Celtc a 'sect'?

Unbefukinleivable

It's true

The old crosshairs are firmly pointed in our direction

If whyte takes over or P Murray completes his shares issue or whoever ends up in ultimate power, I hope they employ the services of the best lawyers I town to challenge defamatory remarks about our club, fans, traditions and fight vigorously any court hearing/Uefa hearing that should come up against us.

I'm sick off our club being europes scapegoat

It's time for change

Minstral, sad days and dark days indeed Minstral, yes I appreciate we live in times of 'sensitive souls' and the easily offended come out in force when it suits them, but Rangers need to stand up and be counted NOW. The past year has been frightening and the common theme is The Lurgan Bigot , the press say nothing against him - don't want to be called bigots themselves! Reid, Lawell and McBride are quite happy to have the shaved orangutan at the forefront, because he provides an invisible protective wall, the sectarian barrier, again people are scared to call TLB for what he truly is.

We are an easy target and we need to fight back now. This nutter sending bombs - we need to fully distance ourselves from this person, regardlessof his motives / background / whatever the current perception is that it is a bear doing it.

Rangers grow a pair now please.

It's not dignified silence that puts the club under attack, it is undignified singing.

I hate to argue with Minstral but I totally disagree. I never want to see Rangers behaving like Immaturity FC have this season. Were it not for our issues over alleged 'sectarian behaviour', or whatever, this year would be remembered as Walter's swangsong and Celtic's disgrace. We have handed the PR war to them on a plate and that's nothing to do with me sitting is silence, dignified or otherwise, it's to do with fans who can't work out the words 'fenian' and/or 'pope' are going to bust the club's balls and divert attention away from 'them'.

That holds up if it wasn't for the 'offensive/sectarian' hokey cokey and Penny Arcade.

We could sit singing Kumbaya for 90mins and they'd argue we should be hammered for detracting from the atmosphere at the game.

Andy have to disagree, it is not just the singing, what about the abuse of our players by Lennon and every referee call that goes in our favour. They run to the SFA moaning about how the Refs are all against them, then we have every clubs fans calling our keeper beast and rapist and our club say nothing. We also have the media and press finding us guilty of the songs, and there has not even been a hearing yet.

we are under attack but we dont seem to be helping ourselves right now.

We need to as a fan group condemn sectarianism, racism and the idiot that is sending bombs. This should be the absolute message displayed by ourselves rather than the "we will do what we want" wounded animal that plays right into the shellick plans. Its time to lead by example.

I agree completely about the bias toward finding fault with no-one but Rangers. However, until we ensure that they can't find fault with us, we're in no position to lecture others. It's a case of cleaning up our own house, then complaining about the midden the neighbours live in.
