Nicika Jelavic
Results wise is very good. Personally I think it's working quite well Lafferty doing the donkey work and attempting to win headers, and Jelavic pouncing on everything mostly feeded by naismith in his attacking role. What are your thoughts?
ScottBF2
Lafferty has blown hot and cold in the partnership. He's been awful and good in the same week. The jury is still out on whether he has a future here, he has the last 5 games to convince me.

Regardless, Rangers need to invest in two old-fashioned wingers next season.
Redwhiteandblue
It's got to be laff. Why? because there is no one else. If we kept Kenny Miller, we'd be doing a lot better. Who did we get in for that £400,000.(which is almost certainly been spent on wages) Bartley (gone) Healy (may as well be gone) Diouff (meh). I would rather have kept Kenny, he definitely would have contributed a lot more than these three put together. I would stick Healy up front with Jelavic on Sunday. Guest
I dont think it is tbh. I prefer Jelavic and Naismith with jela playing the CF and having naismith buzzing about him as he has the running in him to do that
JM1872
Agree with above me, Jelavic and Naismith up front looks like the perfect one.But am I the only one who isn't surprised by Lafferty's slight rise in form now that its coming to the end of the season? He's creating, scoring here and there and is battling hard. If only he did that the whole season
rabbie1980
would stick with it the now, seems to be working ok, and would love kyle to fuck one in from 25 yards come sunday
jdocherty72
Prefer Jelavic/Naismith with Lafferty out wide like against St Johnstone if im correct he was playing left mid? Or my mind's went capoot!
Plamf
It's a shit partnership. They don't link well at all. Two big strikers never works, though Smith loves to try it. Lafferty and Boyd together was another occasional favourite of his which never worked.
Jocky Broon
Walter used Lafferty successfully against Izaguirre in the Cup Final and I would expect similar on Sunday.Kyle played well last night. He just has to do it more often but Naismith is the key support on Sunday. He makes some very good runs and has the energy to cause them lots of problems. hutchy14
Lafferty has been poor in general, but since the cup final he has.done well. I think he plays better out wide. Had a good game on Tuesday even when he was in yards of space and nobody would give him the ball.
wearethemighty
Lafferty only turns up at the tail end of the season and the first few weeks, always been the same.

Can see a possible 451 formation moving to 433 when we attack with lafferty right again and naismith supporting

King Jela
I'd stick Naismith behind Jela, they played brilliant together in the first half of the cup final before Walter switched him and Lafferty. To be fucked, I still think Lafferty's just rank. EastEnclosureBear
I like Lafferty but he's frustrating as fuck at times, does all the hard work and then fucks up the easy bit, as we all see on week in, week out. Can't fault his work rate though.
Turnberry18
Naismith is a better footballer than Kenny Miller- Kenny's 'finsihing' cost us against Valencia; and Stevie played that position rather well with Kilmarnock
Muff
Against the bheggars, Lafferty should be played on the left with Naismith on the right. I don't like the Lafferty and Jelavic partnership. Lafferty isn't a striker. He's had some good and bad moments in recent weeks (running about a lot does not make you as good player), and the level of consistency required is still not there (and never will be).A striker is required in the summer, one who has the attributes to play alongside Jelavic - Hamdi Salihi, a penalty box striker would be a good start! Gazzalivesforever
Lafferty is never going to cut it at Rangers. He's just inept as a striker. If we could move him in the summer i'd be glad.
