Irwin Sparkes
The only time it bothers me is when it's a serial mercenary who does itNo problem with a player doing it if he's been at a club for more than 2 years

Jamie1807
Remember when Rooney kissed the Manchester United badge at Goodison Park? what a scumbag.I can understand leaving the club you supported all your life for bigger and better things, but to kiss their badge at the home of the team you supposdly 'loved'. It's disgusting.I'm not really keen on players kissing the badges, I'm fine if they were a fan of the club like Naismith, Lafferty etc. With Weiss though, he's a young guy and seem's to really have taken the club to heart and he say's he's a fan now, plus being amongst our fans. I don't have a problem with that.

Jamie1807
It is cause it was our badge, what if someone else done it two different badges in 2 years kissing both?Well Manchester City obviously means a lot to Vladimir Weiss too, he's been at them since he was 15.Rangers have obviously had a massive influence on Vladimir - that's the only reasons I could give for it. CraigRFC.
Can understand why Weiss done it though. As with a lot of players that come to play for the Old Firm it is completely different to what they are used to. You become an idol in most of Scotland and if you are a decent enough you will become loved. That is why the majority of players leave both clubs with a heavy heart.Adebayors situation is completely different and shouldn't even be compared to Weiss. Amac9
Players like Gary Neville, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Jorg Albertz, Ally McCoist, Alan Shearer... could get away with kissing the badge. Not people like Kenny Miller, Wayne Rooney, Lucas Neill, Carlos Tevez, Emmanuel Adebayor...
