Smile 26,600
I'm sure I read in the Mail last week he's on £6/wk. Gilks was on £3k/wk!Gilks got an extension, But vaughan hasn't.
Amac9 2,060
David Vaughan is a CM who is a similar player to Jamie Ness. Lovely left foot, sits in front of the back four and dictates play, can get stuck in, keeps the ball for fun and is a very good technical footballer.Signing him on a free on low wages would be an excellent bit of business. Just as long as we don't try and groom him as a LW as he is not the same player out wide.
Smile 26,600
Just read here he's been offered a deal, Blackpool have released 11 players.http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_6951683,00.html

Amac9 2,060
One thing that Vaughan does not have is pace. He seems pretty slow to me.
Ryan_1 1,136
Would complement Davis well and can get stuck in aswell as being able to play too.A cracking signing, if we were to get him.

NorthernLights 2,526
If we sign him then he MUST be played as a central midfielder. I'd love him here.
derekweir29 505
Great little player whenever I have seen him play. Can only improve the squad here is hoping he signs on the dotted line.
GOAT 30,449
Him and Davis would be a good partnership.
gandhisflip 5
Good footballer - retains possession very well, always on the move to make himself available for a return as well. Would be a good signing considering on a Bosman but i'd imagine wages would need to be relatively high to compete with the likes of EPL teams. havaldo 1
Very meh on this guy28 and is only now getting plaudits. Also, there have been numerous one season wonders in the Premiership who revert to type after thatI'd be astounded if he turned down Sunderland for usi wouldnt, sunderland...glasgow, sunderland...glasgow, hmm tough one! plus he'd play second fiddle to catermole n sunderland aint gona be playing european football in the next decade, but the choice is his! TMB 14,167
I'd rather have the big defensive mid from kenya. Or better yet, both of them. Get Edu to fuck
Gaz52 11,837
Would be a cracking signing especially on a bosman!Anyone else waiting on Celtic making a late bid?
AGM_72 3,631
Would be happy if this happend. I think he'll compliment Davis really well in the midfield, he's had a good season but he's not just a one season wonder.

Brian Fantana 28,894
if we're interested the tims will be too, so it'll come down to who will pay him the most wages. as good an addition he'd be i don't want our club held to ransom when the money for his wages could be used elsewhere.players like Vaughan would sign for celtic and warm a bench unless there's a mass exodus out the glitterdome, which i can't see happen. Lets hope he sees sense and comes to the Champions.
