ogbg 20
Not as fun when he's doing it against us, eh !It was fun before?
Marco Negri's Beard 1,423
Shut up, comments like that where made at the start of this window, and look at the state of us now. Pumped out two European cups, with zilcho money coming in.I don't think you heeded my advice. i'm away to threads were people aren't gonna be slitting their wrists over nowt
bluenose_72 198
No matter what price, we would be stupid to let him go. We don't have enough time to bring someone in of similar quality.
PaulRFC1 115
That's unbelievable. How can they afford that?We should hold out for near enough 10 million in my opinion and also I'd be very reluctant to sell him this close to the end of the window. We'd struggle to get someone in who's a quarter as good as him given how our recent transfer dealings have gone. They got took over by someone very rich. disgruntled_bear 157
Not as fun when he's doing it against us, eh !That's the point I'm making, he's got previous for it. But it's all part in parcel of the game.If he does go, I'll wish him all the best and thank him for last years efforts.
bearsrus 12
Thing is, I think Whyte would take that, but where would that leave us with the window about to close?up the browny stuff creek wi nae paddles,i think he'll be let go at 8 mill
Marco Negri's Beard 1,423
People will have Jelavic as a turncoat bastard who wants out by the end of the day. As I say, don't panic, he's not gone, he's not indicated he wants to go. Until he does such a thing, relax

We don't have enough time to bring someone in of similar quality. You're right but if someone comes in with anything over £8M I think Whyte will take it.This is very bad news. Clemdog 39,389
It was fun before?I don't like any players doing it, and nor did I like Jelavic doing it...However, after the saga to get him in it did certainly help.
Edmiston Drive 3,846
Tell them £10m nothing less, they have the money and desperate to get into the premiership. Deal has to be done this evening or £12mNow who is there for us to buy. 2 strikers and what else?
Nicolas Cage 31
Thing is, I think Whyte would take that, but where would that leave us with the window about to close?Getting £10M for Jelavic would be good business from our end in my opinion. We'd probably struggle desperately to get anyone of sufficient quality in given any time limit, never mind a day and a bit.I don't think we should sell him at this time. Having Lafferty as our only decent striker for a few months is scary.

Nicolas Cage 31
They got took over by someone very rich.Yeah, I knew that, but still, spending that amount of money on an SPL striker is a gamble for any club in my opinion.
MisterC 12,759
I think he has lost interest, anyone offers 10m we should take it, only thing is its a bit late in the day now given the transfer window is about to shut not to mention that teams will see we got that amount of money and will no doubt try to make us pay more. Clemdog 39,389
Having a look on Leicester forums, it seems they have fired bids for strikers all over the place.
