thebooler 4,509
Now I'm sure most on here will be well aware that I'm no fan of Whittaker, but his celebration yesterday, or lack of, surprised me somewhat. His cross into the box for Jela's diving header was outstanding. However, the big man produced a cracking diving header to complete his hat trick, yet Whittaker stood there on the touchkline awaiting all the applause of his team mates when he really should have been running to celebrate with the big man.Was he just being selfish, or was he genuinely relieved to have made such as telling cross into the box after his shaky start to the season? DarcheVinny 1,003
I thought it was an og? And Jelavic pointed for everyone to congratulate Whitty for the cross that created the goal?

If it was an OG, then he woulda been well within his rights to celebrate the way he did.

GlenH79 42
It was a great cross by Whittaker - soon as you see a beautiful cross like that go in, you are certain it will lead to something.
