rfcfraserrfc 262
Worst case scenario we lose the tax case and get hit with the 10 point deduction, forced to sell our best players. Would this squad be able to hold on to a 5 point lead from January onwards : GK - Alexander, AdamDefenders - Wallace, Goian, Bocanegra, McMillan, Cole, Perry, Papac, BartleyMidfield - Ness, Hutton, Wylde, Kerkar, McKay , Mculloch, loan?Forward- Fleck, Healy, Hemmings, Loan? Ben10 2,306
I don't think so. Unless the two loans were of equal stature to Jela and Davis, or an improvement.

GrangemouthRSC 832
I think a team of Alexander ,Papac,Goian,Boca,McMillan ,Wylde,Ness,McKay,Wallace ,Hemmings,Healy would still comfortably finish top 5 this season. It wont happen tho so dont panic
hesaidnototheprovos 75
End of Jan. We should be at least 15 points clear of them, so for rest of season....yesBut fuck they would need replaced in the summer
Senna 735
You simply cannot count Ness as a consistent player.I hope the lad proves me wrong but things are not looking good for him.

theweebluenose 4,343
Even though Davis came as a January loan?Davis made a good impression during his loan spell but was miles away from the player he is now, in my opinion it be hard to find quality loan signings who didn't break the bank. Senna 735
Its devastating reallyYip. If it does just prove to be because the lad is still growing and his body hasn't settled down yet, for want of a better phrase, then he'll be another Nisbet. theweebluenose 4,343
Do you honestly believe that?Miles might be an exaggeration but at the time he was not the spearhead of our midfield like he is now, I don't know if I could trust a youngster to take his role nor would I want to bring some past it player to the club on a loan deal. I have to disagree. He is far too inconsistant. Naisy is our spearhead if you like. I think Ness or McKay could play where Davis is now and we would be just as strong/good if not better.
