Marco Negri's Beard 1,423
He looks as if he's been Tombstoned at least 50 times.Haha he does. Though my heart somewhat broke the day I noticed that the lad getting tombstoned doesn't take any brunt of the move. All in the knees. It's not even real! John Calvin 3
Judge gives gardaí more time in Stokes threat caseBy Tom Tuite Saturday, June 25, 2011A JUDGE has given gardaí more time to get directions from the Department of Public Prosecution in the case of a Dublin publican accused of threatening another to stop trading.John Stokes, aged 54, who runs the Players Lounge pub in Fairview and is the father of Celtic striker Anthony Stokes, made his second court appearance yesterday. Stokes, along with co-defendants Alan Ryan, aged 30, of Donaghmede; Daryl Mulcahy, aged 20, of Matt Talbot Court; and Derek Nolan, aged 29, of Baldoyle, were charged last month under section 17 of the Public Order Act for making a demand with menaces in March to Shane Simpson, former leaseholder of the Castle public house, in Summerhill, Dublin. The charges also state this was to "gain for yourself or another" or "to cause loss to another made an unwarranted demand, to cease trading in the Castle public house and close within 24 hours". The defendants, who are on bail, appeared at Dublin District Court where Garda Damien Kildea told Judge David McHugh he was "seeking a remand for the DPP’s directions". The four defendants were ordered to appear again on a date in September. Judge McHugh agreed to a request from the defence to reduce Stoke’s signing-on bail condition to once a week, every Monday, between the hours of 9am to 9pm, at a Garda station. The other defendants’ daily signing-on conditions remain. They have been ordered not to associate together and to stay away from Shane Simpson, his brother Stephen and Castle staff.Read more: http://www.examiner.ie/ireland/judge-gives-gardai-more-time-in-stokes-threat-case-158974.html#ixzz1h6PecWHQ
