thats it :(, doesn't feel like a win in any way :anguish: .

It is a win, the only way we will get liquidated now is if Whyte decides to do so.

Whereas if HMRC had won, we would probably have been liquidated as soon as the final tax case numbers were formulated.

It's the deadline to appoint our own administrators instead of HMRC asset strippers, basically its the difference between owing HMRC the tax case debt or writing it off.

surely if he is friendly with that administative guy that was there yesterday and also the same guy white was pictured with a couple of months back,the ball will be rolling already and they will be able to jack it up without any hitches.

Never understood how teams like Man U and Liverpool pre Henry could have 300 odd million pound of debt and not have the administration threat hang over them, confussed by this

It's a question of revenue, they have debt in the range of less than 100% of their revenue.
