Al fae Kirky 2
This one's simple for me. POINT 1: I'm a season ticket holder (like many of you on here).POINT 2: My season ticket doesn't cost £200 (the average that Ticketus have paid) - it's nearer £600 (like many of you on here).POINT 3: Ticketus specialise in giving loans to companies with a detrimental credit rating (i.e. who can't borrow anything further from a bank),so they're a bit like Shopacheck! Therefore they are nothing but a bastard finance company who bleed people/companies dry!POINT 4: If Duff & Phelps don't bump them I will by NOT renewing my season ticket. I'll go PAY AS YOU GO to every game!...Who's with me on this one? Let's show a bit of real fucking fan power...

debear 603
You don't think that there will be a clause in that says that in the event of no season ticket sales they get a payment in other ways?

Al fae Kirky 2
Frankly, I think your fucking at it.I'm being serious. If we honour that deal we're fucked for a new owner of any substance.
Al fae Kirky 2
I'm sure ticketus will still get paid if we did that. They will have thought of this I doubt it. They've bought 100,000 Season Tickets that have still to be sold by their 'Agent' - That 'Agent' being Rangers. I hope that D&P have thought about this and have a plan to deal with it. If not, as I stated in my OP, I'll not be renewing.

Ped faeIbroxStreet 5
It would be too complicated for you to understand.Well smart cunt it wouldn't be giving Ticketus 30.000 tickets a season a season and us as a club surviving (not) on the 17.000 left over. If it came to pass that this deal was binding what other alternative would we have....Moses McNeil don't make me laugh sonny.

MosesMcNeil 1,664
How is he at it? The tickitus deal is not good for Rangers. We will be paying them off for years.D&P now have clarification from the court that it's in their powers to decide if we honour the deal.DUFFand Phelps, the administrators of Rangers Football Club, have given their reacfion to the decisions made today by Lord Hodge at the Court of Session in EdinburghPaul Clark, joint administrator, said: "We welcome the decisions announced by Lord Hodge today and view them as a significant step towards clarifying the future for Rangers Football Club."Lord Hodge has made it clear that the Ticketus arrangements do not mean Ticketus has property or real rights over seats at the stadium or, indeed, the proceeds from the sale of future season tickets."Lord Hodge has stated Ticketus has what are known as contractual rights, essentially a contract between the Club and themselves. It is clear from the judgement that, as administrators, we have the statutory right and powers to have the company (the Club) refuse to honour the Ticketus arrangements if such a decision would be in the interests of creditors generally.
