Hi, i am from Argentina and I host a Radio Show called "ESA LOCURALLAMADA RACING"( THAT CRAZYNESS CALLED RACING) . It is about Racing Club, one of the big five teams in Argentina. You mnight remember that we played and WON against celtic in the 1967 World Club Championship. To us it has been saaid a lot that Celtic Fans complained of the match saying that it was robbed. To us it was just bad sportsmanship, and poor lososers. I am wrtiting here beacuse i want to know the truth of the story what do RANGERS FANS THINK AND KNOWABOUT THE MATCHES IN 1967, what really happende , how is the derby between you. why do they support ireland

Here also a lot is said that in an interview Jhon Lennon was asked about fotball and he said that he rooted for the team that was going to challenge celtic for the world championshi, meaning Racing. Any information or anithing you could tell me will be well recieved. THANKS A LOT!

ps: i also know there is a song and a book about de 1967 events...

celtc fans and their club are the worst winners and worst losers, really smug and gloat like hell when they win and then when they lose, blame everybody but themselves and blame it on a big conspiracy to keep them down. They support Ireland as when they were founded it was by Irish immigrants and for irish catholic immigrants. The derby is quite intense, maybe not as loud, crazy and raucous as the Buenos Aires derby which a good friend has been at but is still a great sporting rivalry. Hope this information helps.

Yess ! thanks very much! Racing is known for having one of the best crowds in the country... what can you tell me about rangers fans and the 230,000 crowd at manchester!!!

The Falklands are British and always will be. They were British before Argentina even existed.

I havent brought the topic up, but if i must say, Argentina claims the falklands for geographical location more than anything esle, other than that MY PERSONAL OPINION is that if the habitants of the islands prefer the british rule, then it must stay, because they live there and the have the right to decide. A LOT OF INNOCENT LIVES WERE LOST IN THE WAR BECAUSE OF A STUPID MILITARY GOBEMENT THAT SENT 18 YEAR OLDS WITH NO EQUIPMENT TO DIE OF HUNGER AND COLD IN THE ISLANDS. i cant say that i dont think the islands should be argentinean, but they simply arent.

I came with good will to talk to you guys, i hopw you didnt take it the bad way. The opinion of todays questioned goberment isnt the one of de 40 MILLION PEOPLE THAT LIVE THERE

Celtic have a long history of being bad losers for example they lost to Rapid Vienna in a european match, the game had to be replayed Celtic were winning 1-0 until Celtic fans threw bottled and coins at the Rapid Vienna players injuring one of them and injuring the linesmen they both had to be taken off. The match had to be replayed and Rapid Vienna won the replay. So Celtic tried to switch that around and made out they were cheated when really there was no other option than to replay it because the behaviour of their fans.

They have a massive inferiority complex and are convinced that everyone is against them because they are Irish catholics they are just simply bad losers.
