rangersxfc 265
up until March 31, Duff and Phelps have accumulated fees larger than the amount of money Rangers have earned during that time. Administrators claim their time costs are £1.1m. From their appointment on February 14 until the end of March, Duff and Phelps say Rangers have taken in just over £1m.this is a fuckin joke see why they are taking so long now
SwallowsHisOwnSpunk 7,993
Well that's the fees Adminstrators usually charge and our finances are a fucking mess with new bills and taxes springing up every other week not to mention the bidders haven't put enough money into their bids which creditros wouldn't agree to.Or would you rather they just rushed it through and liquidated us? will_1974 204
If they negotiate a CVA they will be worth every penny, three out of four bids under consideration
simplythebest 11,453
They're hardly going to do it for free.I doubt Clark and Whitehouse want to be travelling and staying in Glasgow forever either.
pcbear 10,932
If Murray and Whyte had been doing their jobs properly, we would never have heard of Duff and Phelps, its one big pile of shit to wade through and sort out, roll on the end game. Jelavic191 4,802
If they managed to get a CVA together and find a good owner for the future then it could turn out to be the best £1 million that Rangers have spent.

iconicman 8
We don't pay them, the creditors do and if they get us through a CVA they are worth every penny.

ozger 8
Was sceptical at first as it seemed to be whitey's pals as admins. But so far they seem to have done a pretty good job which to be fair can't be easy

Sheikh Salim 215
Don't know what to think of them. One minute I think they are in cahoots with C Shyte, next minute I think they are doing a good job. With regards to the time taken by them, having just spent 20 minutes reading over the letter sent to the creditors, it is easier now to understand in my simple mind what a clusterfuck the finances etc. must be in after that cunt Shyte came in, and also when D Murray was at the helm.As mentioned, if they get us out of this relatively unscathed then they are well worth that £1.1 million. Marco Negri's Beard 1,423
The other solution for those criticising D&P was shifting everything that could move at our club. So, rather than still be second in the league and having just beaten Celtic with big debts. We'd be fucked on the field and still have massive debts. Don't know what people think they should have done - essentially, our problems are HMRC and Ticketus, neither of which D&P could do anything about
