No idea mate, I didn’t think Whyte would give up these shares with the news Ticketus were after him but then are Ticketus going to be part of this UK consortium?

I doubt what Whyte says is true regarding almost everything he has said in the past so who knows what is really going on at the root of all of this.

Well I'm not a financial expert (in other words, I don't support Celtic) but it would seem to me that the shares are pretty much going to be worthless anyway, so I don't really see Whyte being bothered too much about them.

This fecking floating charge on the other hand... <cr><cr><cr>

It will be very interesting indeed if Smith is helping a consortium who plan to mimic the Miller newco/hybrid plan.

D&P are saying two of the three bids are pursuing such a model - can't see many Rangers supporters waving banners at Smith or sending him swearies in email.

If Smith is supporting one of the bidders - there's a 66% chance he's backing a newco exit :sherlock:

The chat was it was the CVA seeking consortium he was backing….looks like it is being denied now according to STV…another afternoon of stories and counter stories ahead.
