Mismanagement and Disrepute

Mismanagement.............

Re football........could this be not winning anything...............No

Could it be classed as having debts at the end of the season......................well the sheep not so long ago said they are losing 60k at every home game. Also that chunt at dundee hibs, stated that the bank have said no more and he will not be putting any more cash into the club...........are they making a loss?

Hearts......winding up orders by HMRC and players not being paid on time more than being paid on due date. I know that their owner always takes it to the limit.

Just three eg of what has been in the press over the last season about these clubs...................what other clubs are in this situation

Disrepute........................

Fellow clubs making disparaging remarks against another club, and this saying that first surfaced during the run in to the season 2008

SPORTING INTEGRITY , remember that one .....we have arranged contracts to tour Japan and we cannot change our dates to allow the league to be extended.

Certain Club managers and directors making public statements into the affairs in public of a member club.

Allowing a member of their committee to move over to the spl and another person from this club to be INVITED to take his place , so we have two people from the same club sitting on influential panels. Would this come under Mismanagement..............Disrepute.............Sporting Integrity or all three.

If the people who have made the offer for our club.....looked at the situation of the cva or indeed if we end up newco...well no European football for three years , well for the sake of missing another year of this I would go and resign and get into SFL and work or way back.

We would need all our backing re season books and continued support as in seeing the bigger picture...................think of those we would leave behind and whistle a merry tune TBB
