I watched in awe when he was an 18 year old at Newcastle, was there for many of his England caps, cried with him at World Cup 90 and the 1991 FA Cup Final, marvelled at him when in Italy and adored him for Rangers.He was a wonderful player.Bu the opening post wasn't about that, it was about an advert he is currently doing. And I gave my opinion and offered further comment when posts suggested those who criticised him knew nothing about mental illness.
