Sir Stuart is totally correct on this one. The Lord Glennie only referred it back to the SFA to reconsider, but what if the SFA dont change their decision?

Personally, i think we got off lightly and have a cheek complaining! ;)

Blow it out your arse Declan.

Regan really needs to read rule 95 in its entirety.

It states

The judicial Panel shall have jurisdiction, subject to the terms of the Judicial Panel Protocol to deal with any alleged infringement of any provision of these Articles.

A recognised football body, club, official, Team official or other member of Team staff, player. referee or other person under the jurisdiction of the Scottish FA. If found to have infringed the Articles shall be liable to censure or to a fine or to a suspension or to an expulsion or to ejection from the challenge cup competition, or to any combination of these penalties or other such penalty, condition or sanction as the judicial panel considers appropriate, including such other sanctions as are contained within the judicial Panel Protocol, in order to deal justly with the case in question.

The second bold part is what Regan is on about.

However Rule 1:10 of the Judicial Panel Protocol states :- The law governing the Protocol shall be Scots Law.

That Mr Regan is exactly what you got.

Now the Judicial Panel Protocol disiplinary rule 66 under the articles of Association states for an SPL club the scale of sanctions are Fine, Suspension, Expulsion, Ejection from the Scottish Cup or Termination of Membership. The maximum penalty is 100,000 pound fine and Termination of Membership. No mention of No player registrations.

Possibly Mr Regan should also look at Rule 68 Article of Association 96.2 which states

No recognised football body, club or other person under the Jurisdiction of the Scottish FA, shall in an interview, a blog on the internet or a social networking or micro blogging site criticise the performance in such a way as to indicate bias or incompetence which impinges on his character.

Penalties include Fine,Expulsion, Ejection from the Game or Termination of Membership.

Ok maybe I'm being a bit pedantic here as the rule applies to criticism of match officials, But if they can twist the rules to suit their own agenda so can we.
