There is NO chance of entry to Spl without sanctions. None at all IMO.

The best we can hope for would be immediate relegation to division one, which i'd be in favour of over division 3 though I understand why folk are keen on that option.

Its going to end up simply them hitting us with sanctions - and only letting us into SPL for the TV money.

So we need to do THEM a favour and they will punish us. On that fact alone I would go for Div3.
