IainB 599
Do you mean the fixtures for next season are released? Also Green has to apply for transfer of Rangers Football Club plc membership in the SPL to The Rangers Football Club plc. There is a 14 day wait for a special meeting to take place. Yes we are going to apply snd let the cards fall where they may, if we have to come back from the 3rd Division, it will also let us see who has put the boot in and will get that plus more on the way back up. PaulRFC1 115
The old company was "The Rangers Football Club P.L.C".It hasn't changed as far as im aware, Green will change the name of "Sevco 5088 Ltd" to "The Rangers Football Club P.L.C".You can have the same company name as long it was not the old directors forming the NewCo.http://companycheck.co.uk/company/SC004276 - old company. If you maintain the old company name, it affects your position in relation to old creditors.

If you maintain the old company name, it affects your position in relation to old creditors.Im not sure mate.I seen it on this random website so I don't know how credible it is - http://wingsland.podgamer.com/rangers-insolvency-qa/And the media are reporting the NewCo will be "The Rangers Football Club P.L.C" even tho that was the old name, how does that work?Maybe the media are wrong because they have been pretty awful through this whole saga. The football club will now be referred to as The Rangers FC and the company will have a separate name altogether ie sevco. I've heard that said from two of the so called tax experts on Telly. Though not 100%.

The Newco company name is going to be 'The Rangers Football Club' but one of the asets Green bought was the ttrdaing name 'Rangers Football Club' and y doing so keeps the name intact.
