tbblue Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 I always thought player power was the only thing that could impact Mr Green after he KO'd Walter's bid. I really do hope I am correct. I understand players might want to leave rather than play in Div 3 either permanently or via a loan. However I really do not believe Naismith to be doing this out of personal gain to the detriment of Rangers if he is doing this then we must then ask do they believe that the money would be trasnferred for would be to line consortia pockets as opposed to invested into the Club?Football circles in the UK are very small and Charles green and his associates are well known, so before we slate the players what do they and their agents possibly know and i do mean possibly know that we normal members of the public do not.I was gutted Walter was not able to do a deal, but the fall out from this may now be coming home to roast or could this just be a significant play from behind the scenes. In all honestly I may be clutching at straws, but i can but hope....as i now fear the worst....that coem the new season we still wont be solely talking about football!
