Now that the police are investigating Craig Whyte for alleged criminality during the takeover process, where does this leave us with the sanctions currently imposed on us by the SPL member clubs.

Rangers have been forced into administration due to the fact that we did not pay PAYE/VAT etc during Whyte's tenure. Also forced into administration due to the Ticketus deal. Since the CVA was rejected and a newco formed we are now booted out the SPL with majority of member clubs saying no and possibly forced into third division. Surely this means that we are being punished by other member clubs for something that was outwith our control and could in actual fact be criminal.

Is it right to punish the victim of a crime? Not in my book
