This was always going to happen if you underestimate the bears, I'm sorry but I'll be asking for a refund. They should have made sure the bandwidth was capable of coping with the demand.

Don't understand why they didn't do aggressive testing on this, they should have known they would have unprecedented levels of traffic.

Quite frustrated but at the same time it's only £6 and it's into the Club so can't say I'm too bothered. It's all a learning curve for the future.
