Our Manager - Ally McCoist

Results tell their own story.

It is becoming harder and harder to defend Ally.

I could accept today in isolation, to be fair it was one of 'those' games that will always happen from time to time. However... it's not in isolation.

We are playing in Division 3! Our wage budget is over 100x that of most team we play... We aren't winning enough games, and performances generally have been atrocious with a few exceptions.

What excuse this week? Really? Time is running out, and I'm sick to the back teeth watching it week in, week out.

Agree bud but I'm for giving him more time, this go now or 1 game talk is too premature for me. I'm what's sometimes called a 9Niar kid on here but I've been expecting a bit of this and so I'm prepared to see out this bad spell for another month or so. I don't want anymore instability at the club unless it's definately necessary. It's to soon for me even though I'm gutted and sacking managers is not always the right answer.

Dont let any of the twisted rebel fuckwit beggars try and break our spirit fellow bears .

Stay strong and support our Manager even although we are all hurting and its a painful one today.

Time will bring the required success and for me thats getting through the leagues with whatever it takes.

Its not going to be pretty at times but lets stay loyal to our Manager the way he has stayed loyal to us

The only ones breaking the spirit are the players and management.

He is one lucky lucky man - he's only still with the team because of all the shit we've been through - ordinarily he would have been shipped out this season.

He's very good at kissing the badge and tapping his temple in a 'I'm-the-wise-head-on-old-shoulders' way though :21:

What a lot of shite.

Have a look at yourself.

Get this cunt too fuck :anguish:

I think you mean "Get this cunt to fuck" - meaning that you are indicating that you would like the fellow to leave because you disagree with his opinion.

You may have meant to say "Get this cunt too, fuck" - meaning that you are indicating you wish the fellow and other(s) to leave and are heartily fed up with the whole situation (hence the 'fuck' at the end).

Ally must be given time. We're still going to get promoted anyway, and ally is gaining valuable experience in this division. There was always going o be a period af adjustment. Once we get into our stride there'll be no problem. We must avoid panic with no chopping and changing.

People need to ask themselves if McCoist has better players available to him than any other manager in the division.

If the answer is yes then results are 100% his responsibility.

Fitness, tactics, style of play, attitude and motivation are all down to the manager.

Why must Ally be given time? Should PLG have been given more time?

And trust me, we are by no means certain to get promotion.

We're better underdogs than favourites, a mindset that Smith cultivated, successfully at times, but that McCoist is struggling to shake off under very different circumstances.

Its why we beat Motherwell with some ease and why I am fairly confident we will beat ICT when we play them. However it isn't enough to beat a few SPL teams in one off games when we struggle with the bread and butter of the SFL 3.

Can't beleive folk still blindly backing him. Anyone else would have been chased long ago.

I'm not sure they would with a new side 7 games into a league campaign and still near the top?

Then if you add 1 or 2 of the other little problems, nah fuck it can't be bothered

Yours is an insult too the rangers manager ya beast

You've done it again  It's 'to' not 'too' - either that or you are trembling with anger so much that you're tapping that letter 'o' too much.

And how is it an insult to the manager ya beast? It's just a name - yours makes no sense either ffs

Ally is a legend in my eyes and always will be BUT when it comes to management at this current time he is not up to the job.

All these excuses of Pre-season, smaller grounds, tight locker-rooms, cup finals for other teams dont and should not hack it any more.

He picked the players in the summer, all of whom are paid far greater than most players even in the SPL. Some whom are ex or current internationals in some form or another.

Hes now had numerous games to see our inadequacies both as a team and on an individual level however in my eyes and clearly by the results has not changed things.

We still play the same way from day 1...Punt and hope for a knock on to JIG.

Problem is we have no other way to play because we lack a creative spark. Black has played poor since he came here and sits far too deep this then means the midfield as a whole sits deeper resulting in too much of a gap

between midfield and up top to Jig.

Ally should have seen this lack of creativity in the summer and dealt with it. Not bring in has been Serie A players and poor internationals.

Ive hoped since he took over the job that he would be able to step up but my doubts are now coming true.

I hope im proved wrong from now on but should he still be in the job for our next game I cant see were this new tactical spark and ruthlesness will come from.

Whether Ally deserves to go or not, I'm not sure. I'm more than prepared to give him time in the job, but he does need to start learning. The fact that we have yet to win away from home in the league suggests he isn't learning from his mistakes.

The fact is today and all of the away results thus far are not good enough and it has to change and I hope Ally McCoist is the man to change that. The players deserve to be hounded for this too. They'll all be out in the papers and Rangers website this week giving it "We must improve", do your fucking talking on the park and fucking win a game away from home then. We've heard it all before.

(tu) Agree completely
