ritchieshearercaldow 22,002
Why has there been no leaks? the main parties seemingly know according to rumour, everything else in this case has been leakedSurely if it was good news for us someone would be giving the nod and winkYou'd think that at least someone would say I'm confident the result will be goodIt's like a bad tooth just want it over with
Sea Bear 282
Until he got to "independent commission" Aye true enough, he should have left the independent out.But after all the dross that has been written, it made a change, so make it 8 out of 10 then. crabbit bear 139
I can not believe its taking so long to come out with this result, especially since the relevent parties have been told. I know it doesnt really matter to us as far as going forward is concerned, but I still come on here everyday hoping to hear the good news. Alas the longer it goes on now I fear the worse. I cant believe that somebody wouldnt have leaked something from our side of things if it was good news. Its incredible that this is something I think every man, woman & child in Scotland is waiting to hear, and yet theres been not a single nudge nudge wink wink. Personally it would be like Helicopter Sunday for me if we won, but as I say Im becoming more & more despondent by the day. Well I suppose tomorrow is Sunday, and as we all know, the papers love a big scoop on a Sunday.

crabbit bear 139
Maybe Im getting this wrong, but did CG not ask for a CVA, and HMRC said no. Which would seem to indicate that we owe HMRC at least some money, which would mean we didnt win the case.

We Will Follow Rangers 12,886
There is no logic to your post. Irrespective of the BTC, we owed HMRC for VAT and PAYE/NI.wasnt it precisely because whyte withheld VAT and PAYE/NI that a CVA was refused? nothing to do with BTC? if whyte hadnt have withheld VAT and PAYE/NI I reckon HMRC would have had some scope to be sympathetic about a CVA in regard to BTC, which is why he has no defense for driving rangers at the rocks, despite his shit stirring and protestations of innocence

legalbeagle 3,734
Are you telling me that we went into admin over the PAYE. No fucking chance. You try not paying any income tax over the course of nearly 12 months, as a company employing dozens of high earners, and see if HMRC are nice to you about it when you tell them that you can't afford to pay them what you owe.Of course we were gonna be in trouble just over PAYE, it was a LOT of money. crabbit bear 139
thats exactly why we went into admin. That just seems incredible, that a company with an annual turnover of £30m is put into admin over PAYE, theres got to be something to do with the big tax case.
