I sent this link to the Guys from Argentina who were over doing a documetry on Rangers. He said he wants to sign but can't because he is a foreigner?

Is their any way, they can sign this?

Done waiting on email to get the link to confirm sig. Made me laugh that this is a goverment website and my phone said security warning this sites certificate is not to be trusted i hope its ok though as i hardly ever get warnings like that even when RM was infected with malware warnings.

I can not sign as I am a Canadian Citizen. It says you either have to live in Great Britain or be a British Citizen. That sucks I should be able to sign as a Common Wealth member.

Might be difficult to get a debate about this in Parliament until any possible legal proceedings have concluded as it will probably be seen as being sub judice, but I'm sure that those proceedings will be concluded as quickly as the BTC was.
