Troll pretending to date football players and said her uncle was Ally McCoist..

A STUNNING blonde barmaid last night spoke of her anguish after a “sinister” internet troll used pictures nicked from her Facebook page to pose as Rangers boss Ally McCoist’s niece.

Tormented Lily Thomas slammed the sick imposter who used her profile snaps to create a bizarre fake online identity, calling herself 19-year-old ‘Hayley McKay’ from Glasgow.

The con artist claimed over several years to be dating a string of footballers and even told thousands of Twitter followers that her grandad had DIED, a relative had lost a baby to COT DEATH and that she had had surgery to have her ovaries REMOVED.

Last night Lily, 20, said: “She hasn’t stolen my identity for financial gain — but this is just as sinister.”

Lily, from Port Talbot in Wales, only found out about the deception when pals noticed similarities between her and pictures of ‘Hayley’ on the net.

Hayley’s snaps included shots of her in a bikini and skimpy Playboy-style outfit — but they were really pics of Lily on holidays and nights out.

It’s thought Rangers legend McCoist only found out about the scam — which is being probed by cops — when Hayley tweeted about ex-Ibrox keeper Allan McGregor’s baby.

She wrote: “Congratulations to our Rangers goalie Allan McGregor and Leah Shevlin on the birth of their beautiful daughter. Named their daughter Noelle Rose! So sweet.”

The club later confirmed the girl wasn’t related to McCoist. The boss’s son, Alex, also tweeted saying he didn’t have a niece of that name.

‘Hayley’ also posted pictures of a flash BMW X5 she said was hers and snaps taken from Ibrox’s players’ deck.

She pretended to be a trainee teacher dating Rangers winger Andrew Little, ex-Gers left-back Michael Ball, Motherwell goalie Darren Randolph, Bolton midfielder Gregg Wylde and Leicester City forward Jamie Vardy.

The fraudster — thought to be based in Scotland — even set up ANOTHER account in the same name by pinching hundreds more of Lily’s pics.

The bold poser even used more revealing shots to enter The Scottish Sun’s Miss Scotland 2011 contest but failed to get past the first stage where the scam would have been unmasked.

Lily said: “I’m a single girl just getting on with my life. I’ve never dated a footballer. This is sick stuff. Someone said it has been on there since 2006.”

Lily’s dad Anthony Thomas said: “It has gone on for a long, long time.”

Rangers publications editor Andrew Dickson described the fraudster as “an absolute loonball”.

And a club spokesman said: “The matter is not something for Rangers to comment on.” South Wales Police said: “The matter is under investigation.”
