Chester_Loyal 3
Guitar chords for Paisley Road WestI've been meaning to do this for ages and finally got round to it this afternoon.I got the flute music for No. 1 Platoon from the Thornlie Boys site so I could work what key it's in and then I just played about for a bit. This is a pretty rough version and I'm not good enough to play it in the fingerpicking style but I reckon this is pretty close to being the correct chords. If anyone else has anything to add that improves it then please post. It's in G major, no capo, standard tuning. Chords are G, D, Eminor7, C - I play the Em7 as a standard E minor but with my ring finger on the 3rd fret of the B string. Here it is, let me know what you think......Intro G G D G CEver since I recall I have followed football G DAnd ingrained in my heart are the Rangers FC G D Em7 CThrough good and the bad times of happy or sad G D GIt will always be Rangers for me. C GFor when I was a lad I was led by the hand DDown the Paisley Road West I will never forget G D Em7 CThat beautiful sight Of the red blue and white G D GFrom that day I’d be Rangers for life

Chester_Loyal 3
it was a cut and past job so the position of the chords is off, I'm sure anyone who play will be able to work out where the changes are though - I'll try and type it straight into the thread if I get time later

I've now got this urge to slaughter a pig in a wild satanic ritual.
