govanblue 16,847
Hi everybody,A Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year to you all.As you may be aware, the response to the RangersMedia Sponsorship programme has been absolutely phenomenal. In just a couple of weeks, we have signed up 79 members, and raised a total of £847.24 (after PayPal fees)We would be delighted to welcome any new members this year - right up until 31 December 2012. So if you've been waiting till payday, or have been unsure whether to sign up, or are a new member, who wasn't aware of the programme, you still have time to sign up and have your name in the first ever Sponsorship Hall of Fame. Go on - You know you want to!Be assured that all the money we raise is being used to directly support RangersAlready we have become the Official Match Programme Kit Sponsors of Darren Cole; We have purchased 33 Rangers Xmas Raffle Tickets; and we are currently discussing how best to spend the remaining £264.24 (and counting!) Current favourites are: Buy an Ibrox Brick, Send a get well present to Sandy Jardine, and 'bank' the remainder to get the 2013/2014 Fund off to a flying start)So any additional money we can raise before New Year will definitely be useful! There are many benefits to you as a member. Not only do you get your username in the Hall of Fame, and have the satisfaction of knowing that you're directly supporting Rangers, but you also have a say in everything we do, and will have the chance to be included in any raffles or other activities we have during the year. You could find yourself going to Auchenhowie to meet Darren Cole, winning his framed shirt, getting a free match programme, and other great prizes yet to be announced. The recommended donation is £10, but you can donate more, or less as your circumstances allow. If you are interested in joining, please say hi on this thread, or alternatively PM me.Also, if you want to learn more about us, and what we've been up to, click the links in my Signature below.Oh and existing members: Feel free to bump this thread if it's not near the top! And finally, a big thank you to everyone who has contributed this year. Here's looking forward to next year! :21: :21:

IanFerguson2012 123
The donate using credit/debit card still uses the Paypal system. As I hate Paypal (Long story, lost £50 recently, their fault) I can't donate that way.Suggestion for money left : buy 2 hospitality tickets and raffle them off via the donate page if that's possible (eg: people put in £1 to register & have a chance of winning the tickets)

We were hoping to win something in the raffle that we could then raffle off at a pound a go.Hopefully we will inherit other great things along the way though and raffle them. One or two members have done that.
skins 20
The wrong thread mate but anyway, think we should definitely buy a brick and a picture of said brick could be used in the RM banner at the top. A present for Jardine is a great thought too. Then spunk the remainder on a stripper raffle.

Thanks in advanceNah, it's a fair question, and I'm happy to answer it - but first I have to go to the post office to post some Annan programmes to some members. In the meantime, feel free to tell us a bit about yourself, oh and maybe have a read of any thread with the word 'Sponsor' in the titleEdit: When I got back from the Post Office, I PMed DavieCooperMemorial and pointed him to the first thread on sponsorship, and advised him to PM me if he has any more questions. NamibianBear 1,853
"Just give us your fucking money!"Sadly enough, I was at Band Aid and that's exactly what it was about. Luckily I was 13 and poor then (still poor now but WTF).Seriously, whatever the best way ahead with spending the money on Rangers is, then lets do it (and sending it to me is probably not the best choice, I will admit)!
