Elgin chairman Graham Tatters fined £5,000 after Rangers call-off

Recommended Posts

Elgin City chairman Graham Tatters has been fined £5,000 after his side's game against Rangers was postponed following the sale of too many tickets.

He has been given 30 days to pay £1,000, with the remainder suspended for the rest of the season conditional on there being no repeat offence.

Tatters' club have already been fined £25,000 after the 25 November Third Division game was postponed.

It was called off two days previous because of "a substantial oversale".

Admin can move this to General Sport if they feel it's better suited there.
