Good article as usual, I think there are a good few Chairmen from other clubs who are behind Green but are scared to come forward with any opion as they don't want the witch hunt the press and social media will throw at them.

It's only right and proper that CG voiced his opposition to this proposed set up.

It couldn't have been that hard to get support as this whole 12-12-18 set up is only viable due to the SPL bribing the present 1st div to support it.

There's probably more support for CG to come when clubs, especially at the bottom of SFL and SPL don't see much in it for them.

14-14-14 is a far better alternative to the 12-12-18 but that doesn't make it an excellent format

Numan ( not gary ) was on tv last night saying 14-14-14 wont work due to the smaller teams getting humped every other week

The 14-14-14 plans not perfect but its probably the best of a bad bunch, i wish we could get away from splits we are'nt a fucking ten pin bowling league but unless there was huge change and chaimen voting to scrap 4 games a season against every other team, which only exists to give SKY they're 4 'Old Firm' games, and in effect cutting their own budgets, that probably wont happen.
