Delusional, and conspiracy theorist driven paranoia.

Recommended Posts

My workmate reliably informed me yesterday that the Turin Rhats were singing two in a row eight more to go.

Having read the above in a previous thread I think it’s a little premature to be singing about 10 in a row, all sort of things can go wrong for a club in their position. I have listed some hypothetical scenarios and asked some questions of any lurking fans of other clubs in the following.

1. When Doncaster & Regan finally get the boot there will be a full investigation into their activities and who was pulling their strings. As more SPL clubs face financial meltdown what went on in those meetings that saw Rangers demoted to Div. 3 will come out. Even if CG does not take legal action the shareholders of the Old Co may well feel the justification to do so.

2. If they have in anyway been involved with driving any of the actions that have been taken against us they may well have to pay large sums in damages, and may themselves face title/trophy stripping. This may sound a tad fanciful, but whatever did happen to John Reed’s dossier? Was it used as the basis of the BTC argument and the SPL inquiry?

3. If point two was to happen they would be out of Europe for at least four years, where would that place their finances? More to the point who would want to invest in a club who may be looking at sanctions for league fixing?

4. Even if they are free of points one and two it will only take one bad qualifier in Europe to drive players out and stop any quality coming in. Who wants to play in a nothing league if there is not the lure of European football?

Now all of the above are hypothetical and to some on this list seem to belong to the conspiracy theorists, but 10 years ago if a c****c fan had said that by 2013 Rangers would be banned from Europe, be playing in Div. 3 and would have gone through administration, the BTC and an attempt to strip titles I’m sure the response would have been that he was delusional, a conspiracy theorist and most definitely paranoid. One thing to remember though is that quite often the truth is stranger than fiction.

Finally a message to anyone on here who really is a supporter of a club other than Rangers. You have been continually fed a diet of lies which enabled certain people to carry out an organised agenda against Rangers. What has been the result to date? After being fooled by a barrage for false information through the media and web and your own clubs with one exception now face financial ruin and possibly disappearing for the game altogether.

Maybe it is now time for you to ask the same questions as the Rangers support, who were going to be the only ones to benefit from what was going on both financially and in terms of trophies? Can you now admit that you may just have been used and are still being used to service the requirements to rewrite history to suit one specific group within Scottish football? Are you willing to continue to put our own club at risk to benefit people who have lied to you and who seek to benefit from your own demise?

Cant believe you missed out the Penn State scenario unfolding. I can only imagine you believe this to be a more than hypothetical possibility ;)

I think that there are things finally going on in Scotland that will better deal with that than the Bears Den ever could so I resisted that temptation. Maybe it's time that "Fat Boab" the first minister put some effort into looking into that and getting some justice for the victims rather than trying to get his name in the history books for bringing about Scottish Independence. :uk::scot:
