Concealing an arrestable offence,Im pretty sure im not.You have to testify if called, but you dont have to report a crime unless you are complicit.If someone goes to a rape clinic for instance, they are not breaking the law by not reporting it.Feel free to post the law which states you are required to report someone for smoking weed though.
